Terms of service

Brawl Codex is a free, unofficial Brawl Stars statistics site: player profiles, clubs, brawler data, tier lists and draft suggestions. It is run by a private individual, not a company, and may be used on the conditions set out here.

You do not need an account to browse the site. To create one you must be at least 16 years old: that is the highest digital-consent age set anywhere in the European Union, adopted here as a single rule for every country instead of a country-by-country table. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we close it and delete its data.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for what happens through your account. Each account is tied to a single Brawl Stars player tag, set once and never changed afterwards. Do not pass your account to anyone else, and tell us straight away about any unauthorised use.

By using the site you agree not to:

• query it with automated tools, scrapers or scripts that place an abnormal load on it;
• work around tracking limits, authentication, anti-bot checks or any other technical measure;
• resell, redistribute or pass off the site's data and content as your own;
• attempt to compromise its security, availability or integrity;
• use it for unlawful activity or to harass other people.

The data comes from the official Supercell API and from third-party sources, and the calculated statistics - tier lists, counters, synergies, draft suggestions - rest on a partial sample of matches collected over time. They are provided “as is”, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or currency. Draft suggestions are statistical indications, not advice to rely on: the in-game decisions remain yours.

The site is offered free of charge and with no guarantee of continuity: it may be slow, unreachable or interrupted at any time, without notice, and it may shut down altogether. No service level is guaranteed.

Brawl Stars and its content, names and images belong to Supercell. This material is unofficial and is not endorsed by Supercell. For more information see Supercell's Fan Content Policy. Data comes from the official Brawl Stars API (players, clubs, rankings, battle logs, brawler list).

The site is funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. There are no paid features and there will not be any: Supercell's Fan Content Policy does not allow it. The data processing tied to advertising is described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that harms the running of the site, without notice. You can delete your own account at any time from your account page; deletion is final.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, from inaccurate data, or from service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including the rights you have as a consumer.

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the last update, and material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change counts as acceptance.

Italian law applies. If you use the site as a consumer, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings before the courts where you live.
